IN 3 MORE POSTS, I WILL BE WRITING A SPECIAL 1000TH POST!—-CHECK IT OUT

Have you ever been at a company, or a church, or on a committee, etc., where you felt like everyone was operating in their own silos?  You know, that frustrating feeling where you think that people are more concerned with their own areas of influence, rather than the good of the team.

Well, this is a book for you.

With all that I have going on in my life, it usually takes about a week, maybe two to finish a book.  This one was a 3 day-er.  It was hard to put it down.

Patrick Lencioni offers some great insights in his writings, but he does it in a storytelling-fable kind of way.  He then goes on to summarize the key take-aways from the story.

Check out this book–you will be glad you did.
