Book Review: Instant Influence by Michael V. Pantalon

Fascinating, just fascinating.

In this fairly easy to read book, Michael Pantalon shares a 6 step process for influencing  people from uncertainty in their thinking to moving forward with heartfelt action steps that deep down they really want to do.

His line of questioning helps focus conversations on what the other person wants, instead of what you tell them and then try to sell them on.

I love the relevancy of this process in that it can be applied at work, or at home.

The goal of Instant Influence is not to manipulate people. It’s to help them tap into their own potential reasons for taking a particular action.

You will enjoy this book.
