It’s so easy at times to hear a great music artist and admire their talents. The same feelings of respect and amazement could be said about the superstars in athletics, the arts, the sciences, really in any field.
Sadly though it is too easy to just see their highlights from the present and fail to see what is going on being the curtains to keep them at the top of their game. On top of that, too often we overlook the years, and years of practice that led to their stardom today.
With that in mind, I wanted to pass along something I found to be very inspiring and eye-opening, Aaron Rodgers’ examples of his competitiveness. Aaron Rodgers, in case you don’t know, he is the star quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.
Besides marveling at his competitiveness, I was also challenged by another thought–“am I trying to be the best blogger, life coach, father, salesman, parent, etc., I can be?
What motivation(s) do I need to be my best ?
How about you–what is your passion and how much are you pursuing its excellence?
