endorphins and adrenaline- —enjoy the rush

“you will accomplish a lot more in the pain cave than the comfort zone. The only way to maintain a disciplined lifestyle is to get comfortable with discomfort. Its like the difference between an adrenaline rush and an endorphin release. Adrenaline is the fight-or-flight feeling that happens quickly and wears off fast. An endorphin release, on the other hand, happens slowly and lasts for a long time–yet it only occurs through pain. Runners call this the “runners’ high”. Life is lived best lived off the endorphins of peace through pain and not off the adrenaline from one rush to the next.”

Struggles will come in your life.  Embrace them when they come. Learn from the experience. Stretch yourself to work through it and after you have lived through the experience–enjoy the growth from it.
