What can you do to stay positive?
1) decide to be upbeat
2) avoid negative people
3) Take it easy–sometimes you need to step back and lighten up, giving your mind a chance to recover from the stress
4) Feed your mind–if you want to grow and be energized, make time to read
5) watch your words- what we say can shape our reality. By expressing gratitude and enthusiasm, even when we don’t feel them, we can steer our feelings toward our words and stay energized
