When I think of great teaching on vision, I think of Andy Stanley who said, “Visions are born in the soul of a man or woman who is consumed with the tension between what is and what could be” He went to say, “Nehemiah’s vision didn’t begin as a vision. It began as a concern, a burden. A burden for his nation and its people.
