What would you like to change in your life?
What will motivate you to make that change happen?
It is probably not going to be gathering more information. For example, how many times do we need to hear that too much sugar is not a good thing.
So, what do we need?
I am thoroughly convinced that change most frequently happens when an individual opens himself up to an accountability partner or small group, where he can be encouraged and pushed to accomplish the goals he wants to have happen in his life.
Encouraging someone to reach their potential is why I am passionate about being a Life Coach. Although I am willing to provide more information about what I do, another option would be to find a mentor at your work or join a Small Group at your church.
However you choose to do it, reach out and find someone who will come alongside you on your journey.
You will never regret it!
